Pete's Garden makes it easy for food businesses to donate unserved surplus food. Instead of wasting food, we turn surplus chicken breasts, rice pilaf, steamed vegetables, and other prepared foods into healthy, balanced, ready-to-heat meals for Kansas City families.
How it works
- Donate surplus food that is good-to-eat but has not been served.
- Pete's Garden will provide food safe storage bags or storage containers.
- Food must remain refrigerated, at or below 40 degrees.
